- At Marfa Signature, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers across the UK, with free standard shipping on all orders.
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date your order ships, depending on the day it was received.
- Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent, with tracking active within 24–48 hours.
- At present, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, so no customs duties or import charges apply.
15-Day Easy Returns
- Return any product within 15 days if it is unused, non-faulty and in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. No restocking fee applies.

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item delivered was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Item
Request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery, and we will cover the return postage.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval, once we have received and inspected the product.
- Customized or personalized products, food items and items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
