We carefully process orders and prepare them for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. As a naturally woven item, the bed may appear slightly compressed after transit — simply allow it a couple of days to settle back into its full shape after unboxing.

- At Marfa Signature, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers across the UK, with free standard shipping on all orders.
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

No minimum spend required
- Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date your order ships, depending on the day it was received.
- Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent, with tracking active within 24–48 hours.
- At present, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, so no customs duties or import charges apply.
15-Day Easy Returns
- Return any product within 15 days if it is unused, non-faulty and in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. No restocking fee applies.
- To request a return, email marfasignature@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and a short video showing the product’s condition.
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item delivered was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Item
Request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery, and we will cover the return postage.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval, once we have received and inspected the product.
- Customized or personalized products, food items and items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
